I had The Med to go and it was delicious! The broccoli, greens, couscous, falafel and hummus were all really good. Pita strips were a great addition.

Usually, I love this place but tonight it was a disappointment, unhelpful staff, and food was mid. After I was told they couldn’t make my initial dish that I had ordered, I then had to make a request that something be re-made because it was so bad and they never even brought it out so I left without compensation. Also the music isn’t pleasant.

Sort of like chipotle for healthy dishes. They have a few suggested configs of the base /protein/ veg /sauces formula. We had the hash-hash and the trout plate (can't remember its real name). They were exactly what we were looking for!

Love the food, the service is also good and quick, and it's in a quirky part of town that is often fun and vibrant but almost always makes it difficult to drive. It would be a small annoyance if the parking wasn't so limited. I almost exclusively do take out and have someone with me to wait outside so we don't have to wait for a spot.

The food is very fresh and tasty. While we live in California and cannot have vessel as often as we would like we go at least once every time we visit Salt Lake City. Sure wish they would open a restaurant in Northern California

There was a glitch on the online order website where Uber eats wasn't able to deliver for 1 hour after the time I requested. I was concerned as I needed 15 orders to fuel our volleyball team before an important match. I called Vessel and had the good fortune of being able to work with Abed. I explained the situation and he took quick action to cancel my online order and inputted all 15 orders with players' names into the system for take out. We picked up the order (after walking 2.2 miles. Abed had water ready for us!!!!! SUPER THOUGHTFUL!) and everything was perfectly labeled. The food was delicious and we won the important match!!!! HUGE thanks to Abed and team for turning around this large order. We are so grateful and look forward to partnering with Vessel again.
