The guys that work here dont understand English, and try and rush your order when there's no other customers there. Then they get things wrong, and refuse to try and make it right. Sad to see.

What a terrible restaurant. Everything staring from the personal is terrible. I went to the drive through today and they hand a warm Coke with no Ice after charging me. Then, they didn’t have any fries so I had to wait 20 minute just for them to forget to bring them outside like I was instructed to. I had to come in and ask for my fries and none of the personal had the gesture of at least apologized and it was not even busy when it happened. What a joke! Never coming back

To the Owner, I said my order this way—I will have two breakfast sandwiches, one with cheese and egg, and the other with cheese and sausage, both on English muffins – after saying that, she asked, Do you want those on a biscuit or English muffins? I received two cheese and egg on English muffins. When I went back in to correct the mistake I received a sausage on an English muffin with NO cheese. I believe, this is due to the lack of communication. The United States was founded on being an English-speaking country. If the person behind the counter doesn't speak fluent English you will continue to have problems like this and that affects the bottom line ¿`_

Soda machine was out of several flavors. I got an attitude when I asked them to fill my drink from the drive through dispenser. The fries were not even remotely fresh
Why are you yelling? Jeez I went in for lunch and The older lady helping me was rude, talking so loud that it felt like she was yelling. Noone behind the counter was NOT welcoming at all!!

Older lady with glasses complained because she had to move the sign, so customers could actually read them then loudly, said to another employee. No one likes these curved menus and I had to move them so, customers could actually read them rudely loudly. When I specified and gent's trying to read the sign, she popped in attitude with her old ass self who probably should have a hairnet on.

I keep making the mistake of coming back to this place but I promise this is my last time. Very unfriendly staff. Food was horrible. It was cold and tasted like plastic. I just dumped it out and left. Stay clear people it’s not worth puking all night cause people there hate there job.

Years ago Wendy's was my go-to for their awesome Double Stack Burgers. Now they have no taste, are half the size and even on a value menu are almost $3.00 each. I hadn't realized how much the entire Wendy's menu had increased in price. The burgers were bland and warm, not hot. The attendant who took my order was very friendly. The one who delivered my food just handed it to me and walked away. Not even a "Thank you."
