Was asked to wait a little longer for part of the order. That food came second. Was still waiting for the rest of the order. Staff came and went several times and seemed annoyed that I was still there but I wasn't going to leave without the entire order I paid for. The food was great when it finally arrived
Not happy !! I just ordered a Taco salad 🥗 and a second small chili and a Chocolate frosty for my lunch. Both of my orders of chili are ice cold !!! Yes the frosty and salad are cold but the chili should be hot 🔥 not ice cold very disappointed . I come to this Wendy's because it's close to my work but it never fails to have something wrong with my order .
The Wendy’s that I most often stop at is at the corner of 4500 S. today when I stopped, I stopped because I think my card had not read in their system when I came in last, so I wanted to pay them for the nuggets that I enjoyed. Juan was a little confused. At first he assumed I was telling him that I lost my card. Carmon joined him, and they simply told me not to worry about it. I expect honesty I give honesty, and they gave kindness as well as honesty.
