We understood we were eating a late dinner on a Sunday night however it took at least 35 min to order. We had a minor issue with our food which we couldn't even address because our waitress was Mia for a while. We had to ask another server for our checks and that even took longer than normal. She then addressed the food issue and argued with us about it. I work for a Holiday Inn restaurant and I was very embarrassed for the brand.
