Yoimi Sushi & Hibachi Salt Lake City

Tried it on a spur of the moment and now it's marked as a favorite. Started with squid salad. Great colors and flavors. Just the right amount to get started. Next was a 2 meat hibatchi which wawa very reasonably priced. No fancy table side entertainment but great food. I had the beef and scallops. Beef was very tender with good sized scalloped. Service was very fast too. A new favorite destination.

Just saw an employee walk outside to offer a homeless man a meal. I haven’t eaten at the place but that was pretty cool. Looking forward to trying it one day.

Though it's a new restaurant hasn't been there very long. We really enjoyed the food that we got. We did get the steak and chicken noodle plate. It was a bit spicy for one of my family members so we got them to get the same thing without spice. Wonderful dish. I enjoyed it very much. Parking is a little on the low side

Came in because I was craving noodles, ordered the noodles with filet mignon and I am beyond delighted! The noodles have a perfect amount of favorable spice, the steak is cooked exactly how I wanted. I can’t wait to come back!

Their gyoza is also exceptional!

The tempura veggies were amazing!! I don't like sushi so I did the grilled chicken and was pleased. Nice sized portions, fun cozy atmosphere. Happy to have a great place for Japanese cuisine with friendly service.
