Awesome food! I love Zao ever since I started going many years ago. The food is delicious and clean, I never feel gross after eating it. The frescas are freaking delicious and I love the soup. Zao makes dome great stuff and the prices are pretty good as well. Definitely recommend trying this spot!
If we lived locally, we would be regulars! We got a chicken bowl and a pork born and they were delicious! The meat was perfectly cooked and seasoned just right. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The portions were just the right size and the service was prompt and friendly. Even our 1 year old was happy with the food. Definitely worth stopping by!
Tasty, healthy, affordable fast food. This is our go-to for takeout (eat-in atmosphere is blah). Great for anyone with dietary restrictions—it's easy to get a balanced vegan meal, or to avoid gluten (which they keep out of most of their staple sauces & mains). Zao is much better than most of the food available in this neighborhood (except Piko, which is a whole other ballgame).
