In town for Roots Tech and stopped in for lunch. I had a hard time choosing, but got the burrito bowl. It was spicy and excellent.
I had enough leftover for dinner and got carrot cake for later also.
It’s nice to have a vegan bar and somewhere a little more upscale than other veg restaurants. We got the tandoori tacos and birria tacos. The tandoori tacos were good but the birria tacos were a little one note and pretty salty. It’s also a little on the expensive side.
100% RECOMMEND! This is our favorite place to eat in PSL! The food is unique and fresh, the restaurant and bathrooms are clean, and the customer service is the best! Once you’ve been there a couple of times they remember you and pretty much know what your “usual” is. Dennis, the owner, has been there a few times when we were there and he always comes over to say “thank you for coming in.” He even covered our bill one time when he found out we are Veterans.
