Super nice people and delicious selection coffees. I had a Mexican mocha latte, bought a T-shirt, and enjoyed a freshly baked waffle. Pretty moist and sweet. Can't beat the view
Owned by local Susie Howard, Alta Java has the best mochas lattes and chais on the mountain. A personal favorite is the Powder Piggy, a belgian style waffle with bacon, maple syrup, and whipped cream.They also serve delicious croissants, biscuits, frittatas, and the Toledo Toroedo (bratwurst wrapped in puff pastry with sauteed onions).
