First time I went I got a banana split it was great definitely recommend. They have a large variety of ice cream. And topping. If you are a vet you get 10% of your orders. Definitely going back.

Alondra was awesome, bummer that she had to deal with an unreasonable and difficult customer who tried to belittle her and bully her. She handled herself with poise and maturity. She is a wonderful employee and deserves kudos.

I ordered an ice cream cake for my son’s birthday and unfortunately the first cake we received looked nothing like the picture and the writing on it was illegible. The manager Devin offered to replace it with a premade cake in store however, my son is autistic and particular about/has safe foods and all the flavors didn’t match our original cake. Devin went above and beyond to remake the cake in 2 hours and deliver to a Baskin Robbin’s location closer to my home. He was...
