I’m typically pretty happy with this place. This is more of me trying to get in contact to see how I can be more clear when ordering. This is the second time now that we have come here and asked for Oat milk and gotten normal dairy milk in our coffee. I am lacrosse intolerant and so is my boyfriend and our stomachs have been killing us all night. I get that it can happen by accident but a second time is pretty rough. I’m just hoping to see some more care because I really do like their flavors and the baristas have always been very kind and fast. Thank you!
EDIT: I’ve gone many other times and have been happy with how much they care about making my drink with dairy free milk.

I decided to stop by for the first time today! The barista was extremely helpful with giving me great recommendations. I got an iced blueberry bliss ! It was fantastic, I worked as a barista for two years and I can tell you their espresso is delicious!! Service was quick and their price was very fair. I can tell by these reviews below that the owner treats the staff well and has their back when it comes to grouchy, unpleasant customers. This will now be my go to coffee shop!

I've been visiting this coffee shop for decades, even before the current owner bought it. The girls see me coming, know my order by heart, and always chat and smile about the family and life while they prepare my order. The coffee here is EXCEPTIONAL! The food, slushies, and snacks are good as well. For sure, my all-time favorite coffee and absolute go-to place for my coffee fix!
Kid-friendliness: Great Italian sodas, slushies, and snacks for my grandkids when they're with me to get my usual coffee request. They're always friendly with the kids.

I’m sorry but the owner of this company is a total psychopath. She called the cops on my brother for leaving a bad review and writing on the back of his receipt that she needed to treat her employees better. The cops came to his house and were like “we honestly don’t know why she would call us about this, you are allowed to have an opinion about her business.”She is a complete jerk to her employees. We have heard her yelling at them several times and these are teenagers. It’s sad and pathetic. Also this review will probably get deleted because that’s what kind of honest person she is.

Super cute little coffee shop and the baristas working are all so great! This is my go to coffee place, no other place compares. The prices are excellent as well as the variety of flavors they have! I reallyyyyy appreciate that they don’t put an excessive amount of ice in my latte. I can’t stand when my coffee is watered down and this never happens here, unlike other shops! Simply the best!!! Good coffee and friendly service. I ordered a large iced latte – which is fantastic. However, it wasn’t mixed when given to me and this place does use thin cups & not good lids. Attempting to mix in the car unfortunately resulted in several leaks from the lid. This place does not offer tap – which is not a big deal as I can easily dig my card up.This would be a 4/5 stars otherwise.

Very nice place. You can make an order on foot, and they have a little patio to relax and eat your things at. There is a tree next to the seating, which would be good for shade in the summer. The employees are very pleasant. I had tea, which I realize probably isn't their main thing, but it was great. My friend had one of the coffees, which they say was also great.

We moved into the neighbourhood and have been walking to get coffee here many mornings because it’s convenient and close. Unfortunately we have been disappointed each time. This is not a fast location. Our experience is that the coffee is watered down or cold. We have found numerous times where we have been overcharged with extra shorts or extra flavour shots that we didn’t receive or even charging more than is on the listed menu. Unlucky I guess ??♂️
