Absolutely love Brews on 7th!
I probably come here 4 days a week and I've never been disappointed.
I typically order a triple shot, white mocha with almond milk and I think its the best in Utah.
And, they seem to hire good people here. Everyone has always been great!

The people are wonderful and I bought a coffee and was great but then I bought a bagel with cream cheese. if i am going to a place to buy a bagel with one simple thing why on earth can they not put it on for me. and its a drive thru. how am i suppose to spread my own cream cheese on my bagel when i am in the car? if i go next time i am going have to clock in because i am doing all the work anyways

Brews on 7th has officially earned a spot on my “never again” list. Their handling of gift cards is beyond unacceptable. They refuse to honor the remaining balance and claim their cards “expire,” which appears to go directly against Utah’s gift card laws. Whether they’re ignorant or just hoping customers won’t notice, the end result is the same: they’re keeping money people already paid for.

Let’s be clear—when a business takes your cash upfront and then refuses to provide the product or service you already purchased, that feels a lot like stealing from customers. And Brews on 7th seems weirdly comfortable doing exactly that.

It’s honestly insulting. There are countless coffee shops in Utah that treat customers with basic honesty, follow the law, and don’t try to quietly pocket unused balances. Brews on 7th could learn from them—but until they do, they won’t see another dime from me.

Avoid this place unless you like supporting businesses that treat your money as their money the moment it hits their register.

**response to owner- I feel I gave you a great chance and plenty of time. This all happened 11 days ago. I talked with the manager 10 days ago who told me the owner (you) would call me the next day to discuss. So 9 days have passed and I haven’t heard a word from you. A simple phone call or text, as was promised, would have let me know you were working to resolve the issue. As it stands, I was told by your manager that a gift card older than your new system (“last year”) is too old and now expired. Utah law requires a minimum of 5 years.

Drinks are always very consistent and not overly sugary or syrupy.

Went through here biking. The barista was working on her own, but she was so friendly. We went through the drive thru on our bikes. She got is free waters and then sold us on muffins. Loved it here.

I've been visiting this coffee shop for decades, even before the current owner bought it. The girls see me coming, know my order by heart, and always chat and smile about the family and life while they prepare my order. The coffee here is EXCEPTIONAL! The food, slushies, and snacks are good as well. For sure, my all-time favorite coffee and absolute go-to place for my coffee fix!

First time coming here! I go to cosmo school around the area and wanted to find something different than the big chains and landed on brews on 7th and can I just say WOW! The service was phenomenal! I got the toffee bar blended with whipped cream and it has to be the best blended coffee I have tried by far! And their pastries are amazing! I have found my new favorite spot! And will be coming back here regularly!

Dishonest practices from the owner. Taxes were about 20% of the base charge. The employee said it was because of tariffs. That’s fine but I’m gonna guess that tariffs on syrup don’t equate to another 12% total charge on the entire order. Won’t come here again. The owner is either dishonest or too lazy to actually charge the fair
amount

This is my favorite local coffee shop. They have new drink flavors every month which we love and all of the staff members are so nice and helpful! We rarely go to chain coffee shops anymore because Brews on 7th tastes so much better!

Got a dirty chai latte couldn’t take more than one or two sips before pouring it out. It was closer to a microwave orchata so much cinnamon, sugar, no chai no espresso just sugar milk water.
