“I love DingTea so much, and this location is my favorite! Today my boyfriend went in and the cute employees remembered him and my order (strawberry milk tea with strawberry jam). “I took my daughter out to a treat at her favorite place for some boba and she ended up getting frustrated because the drink lid wasn't sealed, making it hard for her to mix it. One employee noticed her struggle and immediately made her a new drink, an extra free one for me and gave her a promotional gift card without hesitation. After letting it cool down awhile, I excitedly went to take a sip of delicious creamy flavored chocolate......only to be disappointed with hot water that had the ever so slight flavoring of a wanna be chocolate. I was really disappointed. I googled the swig next to my work and called. I talked to Emery and she said that she could fix it. When I got to the location, Emery remembered me and we discussed how I could get another nutcracker. I got my drink quickly and the whole drink was a delicious soothing liquid ambrosia to my grumpy butt (I hate mornings). Most places it’s illegal to post one price and charge another but it seems like common deceptive practice lately. Please don’t up your prices until you put the effort in to change your price board.“

“I can't rave enough about the service at bubble and bean. I made a pit stop early in the morning for a pumpkin spice latte and realized I forgot my card and they were willing to let me still get my drink and just come back with my card later. This is why I love shopping local. I was short on time and wouldn't be able to make it back till possibly way later. They saved my long day at work. “After a long day after work, my husband and I decided to go for a boba. Let me tell you I’m boba obsessed and this place did not disappoint! I ordered a honeydew NO ICE with regular tapioca and it tasted amazing and my husband got a passion fruit green tea with regular tapioca that was suggested, the comments over the drinks between us lasted all the way back home (1hr).
