This is the only Carl's location that I visit. Sometimes you have to wait a while as they seem to be a little understaffed if it's busy. But, they work hard and rarely screw up your order. I'm also assuming that it's extremely difficult to manage staffing during COVID.
The reason I say its only OK, is because be very thing was nice enough for a fast food restaurant, but it wasn't up to date things in the restroom needed repairing, etc. Yet, it cists me over $10 a person to eat there. And their food is, good but I pay less than that at a restaurant. And the service was OK, could've been friendlier.
Wether on tour, traveling or just want a good burger, Carl’s Jr. Has always been my fallback/go-to for a great meal. It can be hot of miss with the employees but the food 97% of the time comes out good.
