As a wedding florist, I see Alessandra's cakes in person and they are absolutely stunning. Every single time I see her cakes, I am blown away. The attention to detail that's captured and brought to life is incredible. Plus, I know they taste amazing! I've had the privilege to have a slice at the end of the night and the cake was moist and decadent. I would give more stars if I could!
