For take out orders, please separate noodles from broth. Most of my broth was soakedup in the noodles or in the plastic bag. The metal piece on the white paper towel was found in the food (may have been the chicken).

Ordered takeout chicken noodle soup. Found most of the broth in the bag despite their efforts of taping the top of an extra large Styrofoam cup that contained ALL contents. Most restaurants that have noodles will separate this from the broth and I wish they did the same. The end result were sad overcooked noodles that appeared to have soaked up most of the liquid besides the 1/2 cup in the plastic bag. To top it off I found a metal piece (I think from a metal scrub brushes) somewhere in my food. It might have been the chicken since that's what I was eating and pulled it out of.

Got the vegetable lol main and fried rice.Not worth the calories, practically anywhere else can make a more flavorful fried rice. Both items tasted watery and had little to no flavor.

Went here based off of a few reviews. I'm not even one to write a lot of reviews. This place had the best sweet and sour chicken. The combo fried Rice was also really good. I would definitely recommend. The price was great too.

We love Chef Ming! Our all time favorite is the Hong Kong Beef! It is amazing and we get it at least twice a month! Somehow it tastes better and better each time! The owners are so kind and make us truly feel like family! The servings are large and everything we have tried is delicious and unique! Best Asian food in the valley!

Have patronized this local eatery for years. The orange beef is delicious and the egg drop soup is chickeny and a sure cure for sick family members. The hot and sour soup is a palate pleaser as well. Whether you are finishing up on the ski slopes or looking fir a quick lunch bite, Chef Ming is THE place for hit and yummy food.

I had a disappointing experience at Chef Ming when I showed up for takeout and my bill was 50% higher than expected. They admitted to having an old version of the menu online which had much lower prices than the prices required to be paid at the restaurant. They were unwilling to make ANY adjustments to the bill, simply insisting on the higher prices. This is either highly deceptive or quite irresponsible having raised their prices last summer. For those looking online for takeout, beware. As for the food, it was just okay. Fried shrimp and hot sauces were good, while the chicken chow mein and other entrees were quite mediocre. We had a lot of leftovers because our group didn't eat as much as they usually do. Given the treatment I received and now pricey, while mediocre food, I'd suggest going elsewhere.
