Very very rude staff. I tried to order a burrito bowl today in the chipotle website and kept getting an error trying to add the payment details. I stopped by the location and the staff told me that I have to only order online. I kept showing them the error I got. Instead of helping me, they asked me to download the app instead.. One lady Paulina was especially very rude and had no sense of how to treat a loyal customer. This is the last time I will visit this location. Horrible...read full review

Since the website won’t let me complain I’ll complain here. We visited the sandy Utah location yesterday after there was no parking at the Murray location. I’m disgusted with the sandy location. For starters, my food was cold. Like not just not warm. Cold. When I was paying for my meal a man came out of the men’s restroom and told the cashier that the toilet was broken and she just said ok. And no one did anything about it. The ice was gone and no one was refilling it....read full review
