Normally it’s good but the last 2 times I have gotten this, the food tasted like chemicals. It did not taste right at all. Very disappointing especially cause I love firehouse subs.I waste money and free rewards for sandwiches I don’t even get to eat because of it.Also be careful about ordering online. They make the food well before it should be ready, leaving it cold (if you order a hot sandwich) and soggy
Ordered on the Firehouse App. Placed order and showed up at the time it said it would be ready. When I got there they didn't have my order ready and hadn't even started working on it. I said to the person working, "well, it shows here that it should have been ready now." He said back to me, "I'll get your order started right after these orders."
