Normally it’s good but the last 2 times I have gotten this, the food tasted like chemicals. It did not taste right at all. Very disappointing especially cause I love firehouse subs.I waste money and free rewards for sandwiches I don’t even get to eat because of it.Also be careful about ordering online. They make the food well before it should be ready, leaving it cold (if you order a hot sandwich) and soggy

I have eaten here 4 times. Said "yes, I want the pickle" every time. Have never gotten a pickle. This location will not give you the pickle that they offer.This applies to in-store to go orders, Doordash, and dining in.

Ordered on the Firehouse App. Placed order and showed up at the time it said it would be ready. When I got there they didn't have my order ready and hadn't even started working on it. I said to the person working, "well, it shows here that it should have been ready now." He said back to me, "I'll get your order started right after these orders." There was a line of about 8 people there. So now it's 15 minutes past the time it was promised. I walk back up to the register and he asked to see my phone with order details. He said, not sure why it didn't come through my system. It will be ready in 10 mins. So didn't get my food until 40 minutes after promised time. Nothing was done about it to compensate the inconvenience. Poor customer service. Will have a hard time coming back.

I love their subs, but the workers weren't really appreciative of me ordering what I wanted to eat, but above all the subs were great. They just need to work on their hospitality towards customers because I didn't feel very welcome when I was ordering.
Wife's sandwich was not the correct. More a 3 inch than a six inch. My steak and cheese was extremely soggy and bread was galling apart.

Stopped here at 8:35 PM tonight. Website and hours on the door say they are open until 9 PM. Three people were in there cleaning up and had the door locked. One girl looked at me and just shook her head no.
