“The food is good and the staff are helpful and friendly. However, no one is wearing gloves or washing their hands after touching a range of services. I am sure they are up to code, but maybe don't grab the inside of a sauce container when you go to fill it with sauce, after touching the filthy payment screen? Will go again nonetheless.“

Bring a date here and enjoy your waffles while staring at the paper maiche birds and leave a love note post-it on the wall. The cutest spot ever!! “Went to Midvale Mining Cafe again. We always get the ham and cheese omelets and the French toast did the same today. Food’s always good classic diner stuff.

“My friend and I went last week. We shared our meals. She ordered the fish and chips, but substituted the chips, for sweet potato fries. I ordered the chicken and cheese enchiladas. She thought her fish was the best she had ever had and felt the same about her sweet potato fries. I thought my enchilada was the best I had ever had as well. We have both eaten in many restaurants, in many countries. Our waiter was absolutely great and the food was even better. We drove to Lehi to meet some friends from Indiana and just happened to need to eat supper while we were there. Strap Tank was suggested and oh my the food was amazing! We both decided we would drive back solely for the purpose of eating there again. I would rate the food as perhaps the best in Utah.“
