Got a salad here. Brotha seriously gave me one spoonful of rice…. I asked for shredded cheese and he said it would be extra which is fine. He added half a teaspoon… bro, I ordered the large salad and if I’m going to pay extra for some items, give me ATLEAST a full spoonful. Ridiculous

Very clean, very delicious nachos (with honey butter shrimp!) and super nice employees!
It is my favorite fast casual Mexican food in Utah. Their food is awesome. They use natural ingredients. Their guacamole and grilled chicken is far superior than cafe rio. Please come to Southern California, Orange County particularly!! You guys will do great here.

We ordered a grilled steak quesadilla and got chicken??? They also did beans and no rice.. Kinda disappointing, but, it still tasted good.
I'll give them another chance, they just missed the mark a bit this time.

Great customer service, love the food the perfect portion sizes, always clean. But they need some training from the cooperate office on points. It’s a struggle to use my points every time I go in. They would rather have you pay with your card/cash than use your points because they can’t figure it out. Not the best….

I’ve had so many bad experiences with this location. Rude employees that skimp on everything and try to give you as little as possible. Last order I did there was absolutely no sauce or cheese on the inside of the burrito and just a tiny bit on the outside. Didn’t receive my side order of sauce either. Tiny bit of the worst part of the lettuce and maybe 4 pieces of tomato. And it was cold!! Team Cafe Rio now I guess.
