Great food, great customer service, great atmosphere. The salads are the way restaurant entrees should be. The employees are very polite and appreciative. The interior is nearly all white tile with an open kitchen. They play good music, and use compostable plastic (for the most part) in their to-go boxes. My only critique is to get rid of the plastic to-go lids. Great place!

I attended an event catered by Crisp and Green - the food was AMAZING! It was fresh and organic, and the salad dressings are freshly made. It's better than fast food and nutrition-focused.

I found another amazing Utah restaurant with high quality ingredients and high protein. Definitely will be frequenting this restaurant! My favorite was the buffalo chicken blue cheese wrap
