This is likely the last time I will pay for dominos. Food quality left much to be desired. Very little in the way of toppings, the piece I had had one single piece of meat. The crust was over done and not garlicky as ordered.

My elderly grandparents (both in their 80s) went into this Domino’s today to order a pizza that was advertised as on sale. Because they are on a fixed income, they rely on sales and coupons to be able to afford eating out occasionally.
When they tried to order in person, the staff told them they “had to order through the app.” Like many seniors, they don’t know how to use a smartphone app or online ordering. They even called a family member from inside the store to place the order for them — which already shows how uncomfortable and confused this policy made them feel.
After the order was placed, the total came out to $30 (not the sale price advertised). When my grandmother tried to get the employee’s attention to ask about the price, she was told again to “just use the app,” and was spoken to rudely — no assistance, no patience, no customer service. They ended up walking out without any food, embarrassed and feeling like they were a burden.
This is unacceptable. Elderly customers should never be dismissed or treated as an inconvenience. A business dealing with the public should know how to calmly assist seniors — especially when THEY are the ones told to use technology they don’t understand.
Customer service means helping the customer, not pushing them out the door.

I ordered a pizza and it never got delivered is the first time someone has not been able to deliver food to my apt, it’s frustrating that they delivered it to the wrong apt or that they stole my food

Went in and ordered boneless wings with the Buffalo sauce. Got home and opened my wings to find out I was given bone in wings. Went back to fix the issue and they made me pay for the sauce cups on the boneless wings otherwise they were just gonna fix their mistake by giving me plain boneless wings. I understand typically the sauce cups are an extra charge but wouldn't you think since it was their mistake and I had to make a second trip they should have covered the sauce cups? Will not return there have lost my service over 3 dollars worth of sauce! Ridiculous!

domio driver almost hit a couple of kids at around 7:20 pm at State Street in about 7300 South in midvale Utah it's a little white car the license plate look like it was 969 t e.

The food was really good we got the thin crust and it is my favorite now. The service was really good they got it to our house really fast. And they were very nice.
Kid-friendliness: Many options for your kids you can pick and choose through anything and pick what you don’t want and you don’t just have to get pizza and at a pretty good price also.
