I was behind a truck waiting to be served and the guy talked to his friend for over 5 mins. I finally had to backed up to get out of the line luckily no one was being me but the service is very bad especially if staff is talking to their friends instead of working.

Yeah, like 4 o’clock in the afternoon this location is jammed pack for some weird reason like who the hell needs coffee how many people need coffee for in the afternoon and block my bank I can’t even get to my bank. I couldn’t even get over there the bank parking lot was filled with cars, waiting to get next to the drive-through little teeny building crazy fan base there’s less people in a Disneyland line but it’s gotta be good though. I don’t like coffee that much 2 sit in that line. Y’all are weird. does the coffee make you toddler or something?

Gave these guys a chance twice. Both times they did not give me the two drinks that I ordered. One of them was supposed to be a hot golden eagle chai, but literally got black coffee in a cup with a shot of creamer. I was the only person in the drive thru both times, so I have no idea what their excuse is other than just lazy garbage. Definitely the last time I'm trusting Dutch Bros

Good iced coffee/lattes. Clean area outside to sit. Cute pup cups. Friendly staff and quick service. Odd method for tipping though? I really hope y’all pay your baristas a normal base wage, for one. But two, it was interesting that you’re asked, “would you like to tip the recommended amount?” - but you don’t know what that recommended amount is (at least I don’t). And that could add up quickly (if it’s a percentage) based on the cost of drinks at Dutch Bros. Baristas deserve the tips, I get that. But the method is interesting, maybe more so for folks that don’t want to speak up or say no.
Always a great experience. Staff are friendly and helpful. Always willing to help with recommendations!

I pulled up to the drive through, exhausted, on my way home from work to get some dessert for my family. After giving my order I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip, I wanted to be nice so I did. I then got my stuff and left. On the way home in traffic I realized they gave me the right number of muffins, but the not the types I ordered.
Felt unprofessional for me to give a tip and then have them not pay attention to what I ordered. I was the only car in line and they weren’t busy. I originally gave two stars but added one back because despite being tired I should’ve checked my order at the window. Y’all didn’t deserve the tip this time, but I’ll forgive you for the future.
