I love this location because it is always clean, they get orders made correctly and everyone is always so nice and friendly. Seriously, a smile on their faces all the time.
Today was a great experience though because of Felix at the counter. His vibe immediately welcomed me in, he complimented my shirt, talked to me about different options and things to add to my bagel (which of course I did) and it was delicious!
The manager, Bernice, is always wiping down counters and cleaning if she isn’t making bagel sandwiches on the line along side the crew. I’m always impressed and appreciate the service I get here. Love it when a leader will do all the jobs instead of just pointing. Great job building a community with your team!
I also met a manager today that I see here often. Brenda talks to every single employee when I am here and makes sure to say to goodbye to everyone on the way out. Having worked in the service industry, this means so much because there are days you just don’t feel noticed as an employee. I wish more leaders were like this Brenda!

I went to another location and they told me that they had gotten rid of the power bagels, so apparently it was just the location that I went to previously, the people here were very quick with my order, they were friendly and answered questions I had about different options. Best of all they listened to me when I asked for light on the cream cheese, the last location caked it on when I asked them not to.

Ordered a simple cup of coffee. Stood forever at the check out with no help until the manager told the employee to help me. Took my money the turned back around without giving me my cup for coffee. Apparently the guy with the glasses can't be bothered to help me.

I’ve been to almost every Einstein location in a 50 mile radius and this is the best one by far. They’re the only one that ever have my order ready on time. Love the team here they are fast.
Walked in to use the bathroom, and got a coffee for free for this review. 6 out of 5 stars

Are you a dog owner?! I went here for lunch, it wasn't too crowded at 12:30 pm, which I enjoyed. I love the dog bagels! I just love businesses that love animals. This is probably going to sound weird, but I eat these dog bagels myself! They're crunchy. My dog likes them too. At first the reason that I tried them is because I had previous dogs and they did not like them, so I thought well I'm going to see what it tastes like.. and it just tastes like normal food it's not dog food. I am fairly certain it's edible for people too, even though I don't know that for sure. But it tastes good to me! And my dog.
