Are you a dog owner?! I went here for lunch, it wasn't too crowded at 12:30 pm, which I enjoyed. I love the dog bagels! I just love businesses that love animals. This is probably going to sound weird, but I eat these dog bagels myself! They're crunchy. My dog likes them too. At first the reason that I tried them is because I had previous dogs and they did not like them, so I thought well I'm going to see what it tastes like.. and it just tastes like normal food it's not dog food. I am fairly certain it's edible for people too, even though I don't know that for sure. But it tastes good to me! And my dog.

I had a wonderful experience at Einstein Bagels today thanks to Kirsten that I must share. My morning got off to an epically bad start, and by the time I got to Einstein’s I was steaming. I might have even been a little rude. Kirsten sensed something was wrong, and instead of getting scared or offended, she came up to me a moment later and extended a kindness I won’t soon forget. Thank you Kirsten and Einstein’s.

I went to the Sandy location two days ago with my wife. She ordered the Farmhouse egg sandwich and I ordered the All-Nighter expecting a good sandwich. There were a couple people behind the counter but the one who took our order was sweeping the floor. I was expecting our order to take 5-10min to be ready but it was ready in about 60 seconds. Both of our sandwiches were cold. I thought I was tasting the cold cheese but the egg and meat were cold on both of our sandwiches. Cold egg, cold ham, cold bacon. They were out of the hash bagel so we both got the green chile bagel and they were old. That location used to be good. The only thing that was good was the OJ. Never going back there again. I’m not surprised by all the recent 1 star reviews.

The service was amazing when I walked in Kearsten said hello she understood exactly what it is. I wanted. She was very kind and you can tell. She’s a very hard worker and she’s good at her job. I really will be coming back to Einstein bagels just because of her.

NOTE - I contacted Einstein's via the link in the chat below and was just given more runaround. At this time, the only update I would make to this order would be to remove the one star I had to give them. ___
Used to be great, not sure what happened. We order here weekly (if not twice a week). But on Tuesday we placed an in-store order that they completely messed up. When I called, the manager (Natalia) told me to come back in because she couldn't refund the order (not sure I believe that). But I accepted it since we typically order from here a few times a week, anyway, and we made an arrangement for me to go in later that week to get the correct order. When I went, they made the order wrong again and when I tried to tell them, Natalia counted the layers on the bagel and told me it was how it should be on the menu - which is true - it was the menu item, but I had ordered different bagels from what is on the menu. Instead of listening, she insisted it was the menu item (which was still wrong). Terrible customer service and the staff can't get orders correct anymore (I overheard others in the store with the wrong bagels/sandwiches while I waited for my replacement order). To add insult to injury, the bagels were also OLD OLD OLD and crumbly - not what I am used to getting from Einstein's. Lastly - Natalia also told me I could call prior to getting my replacement order so I could just pick it up without waiting, but when I did as she said, I just waited on the phone for 30 mins bcs they wouldn't answer the phone. This location used to be good, but not anymore. Eat somewhere else - or if you need Einstein's, do yourself a favor and go to a different location, even if it means going out of the way to do it. We used to be fans, but we will not be ordering from here any more.

Went in on 10/25 at 1:15pm. The girl who greeted me sighed and then asked how can I help you. I ordered then at the register there is a mop inside a dirty mop bucket. Right in front of where I am supposed to pay. Hence no tip. Then my sandwich came out it is the most pathetic Einsteins farmhouse bagel sandwich ever. Hardly any toppings and almost no spread. Myself and my company will not be ordering from here anymore till they teach their employees about taking pride and ownership in their jobs and place of employment. I am so disappointed!

Disgusting bagels. Called 4 times to speak to a manager. No one answered phone. This cost $18?! Will never go back! Terrible service and quality!!! Look how doughy and thin these bagels are!!! They didn't even rise. Who cooked these disgusting bagels? Terrible service! If I could give zero stars, I would!

This time I ordered a box of 6 bagels with shmear. No shmear was in the bag. Ordered the same green chile bagel and they put a cheese bagel. Called to find out what to do and the two employees I spoke to were completely rude. Don’t recommend unless you want trash customer service and a wrong order.

I ordered a Santa Fe egg white sandwich, extra toasted with no sausage, when got home I realized they gave me a PLAIN sandwich no sauce, with egg (not egg white) and sausage. I called to let them know and the woman that answered the phone said for me to go back with the receipt that she didn’t give to me when I paid. This location is going down the drain, they never pay attention to the orders and they always give you the wrong food. It’s very frustrating!
