My family and I ate here for dinner and it was delicious! Between the 5 of us we ordered: pork and chicken tacos (9/10), Chili Verde Burrito (8/10), kids burrito (10/10), Carne Asada Burrito (10/10), and Pork Enchiladas Plate (10/10) with Horchata (10/10!!!) The Horchata was by far my favorite - just incredible. The staff was by far the nicest and most accommodating! My husband has a few good allergies and staff members so so kind and kept coming to us to make sure they were making the food correctly! We left feeling very well taken care of with a tummies full :)

El Mex delivers exactly what it promises. Authentic tacos, salsa, tortas, burritos, and other staples at a fair price. I've eaten at few of their locations about a dozen times and the service has been great each time. The last time was the best. The ambiance is plain and is definitely something they should consider investing more attention to. My parents have lived in Mexico for 15 years and to me El Mex is as good as any Jalisco causal taco shop.

This was probably the single worst street tacos we’ve ever had specifically the carne asada. So much big hard fat pieces that ruins the flavor. Fish is terrible but the carnitas is good. Chips and salsas rock. Stay away.

They have a great selection and the prices are reasonable but the food could use more seasoning. It was fairly bland. I had 3 tacos [lengua, carne asada, and pastor]. My wife had a carne asada chimichanga.

I came here with my work team for a coworkers birthday lunch. He's a big fan of the Al pastor tacos. I ordered the Chile verde burrito platter and it was massive! The burrito and beans and rice were all amazing! I loved the cream filled churros as well. The chips and salsa were really good but our guacamole came out icy - which I thought was odd.

I ordered a Gabacho burrito. Basically shredded beef burrito. I will say the burrito was nice and fat in size. However after cutting in half to take a picture I was questioning the amount of shredded beef that was in the burrito. Nevertheless the less I took a bite of the beef and it had flavor. Good flavor. As I continued grinding on the burrito the amount of beef feel short. They could have done a better job by spreading the beef out in the burrito. Instead it is just a chunk of beef with lots of beans and rice and some melted cheese. Actually they melt the cheese on the flour tortilla shell and it is nice and goooowiiee warm. I really like this part of the burrito. However the burrito falls short due to lack of beef and the only real flavor is the beef. Probably would not eat this again. Just because it really was a beans,rice,cheese burrito. They offer a small bag of chips and the salsa cups are tiny. However the salsa bar was nice with a good option of salsa and limes. I like the salsa bar because it was clean and well maintained. Lastly, they show a dinner plate with todays actual special. I thought that was great. However it does not give you a price and explain the it comes with a drink. The board that explains today special is not even close to the actual sample plate. Great ideal, bad execution. Today’s special was quesadilla plate special. Finally, the employees are very nice and kind. Yes I would eat here again.

This is a great spot for awesome street tacos! I love their Al pastor-- but a warning for people who hate cilantro: they put a LOT of cilantro on their tacos (see photo). Friendly staff, lots of drink and sauces choices, and a lot of places to sit.

The food was so good! The workers are very kind and respectful all the time. I’ve been there so many times and i have never gotten treated bad. The food was warm and delicious they also gave me free chips which were really good! I’m really satisfied with this place and it’s attendance!

Customer service was horrible. Pretty much told us they didn't care that they messed up on 3 different orders. 1st order Went in asked about the special on the board at the front of the store informed them that is what I want. When order came out only 3 tacos were on the plate instead of the 4 listed on the special. After inquiring they stated they would bring out the other tacos. After the third time of going up was given the answer they rang up the wrong thing so we were given what was rang up but not what was actually ordered. 2nd order after finishing paying was told they didn't have chimichangas, card was refunded for that item. Ordered. Chile verde burrito instead after inquiring if it came smothered in Chile verde sauce. Was told yes when it came out it was rolled in foil it was not smothered. Additionally we were missing a taco with this order. After going up on the third time and 30 minutes of waiting they finally located the missing taco in the to go area. 3rd order was missing a churro after 3 different times we were finally told they didn't have churros and the amount was refunded to the card. Overall 3 people went up and asked about the orders. We were given different answers each time. One of the times they turned around and completely didn't started ignoring the questions asked. There was no manager on duty and no one who wanted to assist with making our orders correct. I understand being out of items during the is time however the cashier shouldn't ring people up if they are not available to purchase.

Taco about it taco about taco about it. I will be honest the desserts are terrible. The drinks overpriced for soda. But TACOS damn straight good s**** I would be there daily for the pork and pineapple tacos but my non stretchy pants say slow down girlfriend. So maybe once a week.
