The amount of meat was a little disappointing but the taste was definitely good. Little place with some good sauces.I came in on a rainy day and it definitely hit the spot and warmed me up.
El Mex delivers exactly what it promises. Authentic tacos, salsa, tortas, burritos, and other staples at a fair price. I've eaten at few of their locations about a dozen times and the service has been great each time. The last time was the best. The ambiance is plain and is definitely something they should consider investing more attention to. My parents have lived in Mexico for 15 years and to me El Mex is as good as any Jalisco causal taco shop.

My family and I ate here for dinner and it was delicious! Between the 5 of us we ordered: pork and chicken tacos (9/10), Chili Verde Burrito (8/10), kids burrito (10/10), Carne Asada Burrito (10/10), and Pork Enchiladas Plate (10/10) with Horchata (10/10!!!)
