Disappointed and Frustrated – Horrible Experience with Our Order

We are beyond disappointed with our recent experience at this location. We placed an order for an event we were hosting, and everything seemed to be going smoothly. We received confirmation that our order was ready for pickup, so we made our way to the store, feeling relieved that everything was on track.

However, upon arriving, we were shocked to find the store completely shut down! There was no notice or explanation, and we were left standing there, confused and frustrated. To make matters worse, we had already paid a significant amount of money for the order. They took our payment, but there was no product, and now we’re stuck trying to figure out how to get a refund.

This is an unacceptable situation, especially since we relied on them for a major event. We’re still in the process of trying to get our money back, but the lack of communication and professionalism is beyond disappointing.

I have ordered many times from Graze Craze but I was extremely disappointed when I picked up my order today. They have raised their prices and instead of putting fresh grapes in the box I discovered they put rotten grapes in it. I most likely will not be ordering from Graze Craze again.

The boards are cute and would make great gifts, however there was no allergy information available so we ended up needing to pass.

Wonderful good people clean place

My mom loved it! I'm always looking for something different for my mom's birthday. Which gets hard over the years. I sent her the keto charcuterie board. And she loved it! Amazing presentation and she raved about the Everything But Cottage Cheese Dip! Definitely gonna send her another one! Thank you!

Great experience, great options

Had my sons wedding reception catered by Graze Craze (Sandy location) and we could not be more happy with our experience! From the amazing employees to the beautiful boards, everything was PERFECT!! We did a mix of large boards and each one was beautiful and so delicious! Also the pickles were amazing add them in your order for sure! Thank you to Sonia and your team for doing such a great job making my sons day even more perfect!

I had an amazing experience with Graze and Craze in Sandy.We came in looking not sure what we wanted, the employee was super nice and guided us and gave us some great options. Pick up was easy and everything was ready early! It really enhanced our event! Thank you Graze and Craze!

Absolutely amazing, and a total crowd pleaser! The tray is absolutely gorgeous and such an amazing thing to display for an event, party or social hour. It's HEAVY and filled generously. Everything was super fresh and delicious! What an amazing experience ~ I will surely be back often for more deliciousness. :)))

They were awesome with customer service. I ordered the day before and paid cash, which was cumbersome, for them, but they dealt beautifully with it. The day of I added a board and I paid with a card. They changed the time ready up a few hours. They were amazing.

Awesome job and team over here. Absolutely beautiful presentation and super yummy high quality cheese, meat, fruit, and nuts. Highly recommend.
