Went in to the store around 2:50pm today, and the entire crew was so friendly and their service was incredible. My girlfriend ordered a veggie, and one of the Lady’s wiped down the slicer for us without even asking. The whole crew was social and amazing, and it made my birthday even better :)

I probably won’t be returning to this location, boss! I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich but received a chicken philly sandwich. I let them know the mistake and was told a new one would be made. I waited 10-15 minutes as multiple people ordered and received their sandwiches. During this time I observed a lady order multiple sandwiches and receive a hot sandwich surprisingly fast, (while she was still in line waiting to have her cold sandwich made) and the sandwich ended up falling on the floor and then was placed back on the counter as she was waiting for her order to be completed. I approached the counter and inquired about my sandwich, it was then discovered that “my” sandwich was the one that had fallen on the floor and was by the register. I was given this sandwich and after being there 30 minutes just headed home without looking at it. Once I unwrapped the sandwich it turned out to be a steak philly.

I am beyond appalled by the staff and service of this location. My husband submitted a mobile order around 5:00pm. When he arrived at the location at 5:20 pm (the time the app told him the order was ready) with my 2 year old. He was told by staff they had 14 orders a head of him. Strange because we have the app stating the food was ready. He sat at that location for over an hour. The staff was too busy messing around than fulfilling orders and doing their jobs! He sat there and waiting and kindly asked for updates on when it would be ready they kept saying there were still 14 orders ahead of him. Not surprising when the staff isn’t working. After said hour he asked for a refund he looked at the counter and our order was just sitting there, unfinished and cold meats out for over an hour!! We didn’t get our food. No offer to make it again. This location is deplorable…

Don’t order online from this location. They push online orders back if they have in store customers and then tell you it’s busy. Not that hard to make the sandwich as it comes through the system.

First time having a Jersey Mike's and it won't be the last.....so fresh and absolutely delicious. All of the ingredients were flavorful and so fresh....I had ham & turkey.
