I started going to this one instead of the one on Redwood Road after I realized how much quicker they are at this one and the quality of the food is so much better. The bread is always soft and fresh at this location. I always get really hard stale bread at other locations. By the time I was done swiping my card for my food, both sandwiches were already ready. Great location!

I was very impressed with Jimmy John’s and their customer service. There was a younger girl who helped me with some arm tattoos and i’m sad I didn’t catch her name. I had a gift card issue and she took the time to help me first, order my food then second, get my gift card situation all taken care of. She was efficient and very nice. Would definitely recommend this Jimmy John’s location. Thanks for the awesome service!

When I figured out there actually is a store in Sandy I ordered a sandwich and some potato salad and took it home to eat it. I ate some of the potato salad and had one bite of my sandwich and gave my dog a little of the meat then went to shower. When I came back to eat my very delicious dinner I could not find my sandwich. My dog who is very picky and has never in 6 years taken any food, had taken the sandwich and eaten every bit of meat and cheese and was working on the bread. He is just a little 4 lb dog but he ate the whole thing so obviously it was a great sandwich. I will be in for another one . I might have to get the dog his own.
