I urge the store manager to take immediate notice of this unacceptable behavior, as it is detrimental to the company's sales and reputation. Today, I visited the store to order a pizza and encountered an extremely rude associate behind the counter. When I attempted to place an order for a pepperoni pizza, he abruptly informed me that he does not accept walk-in orders after 2 PM. When I inquired about the reasoning behind this policy, he dismissively told me to order online instead, stating that he would not take orders at the counter. I pressed him for clarification on the difference between ordering in person versus online, to which he responded by tapping the counter and yelling at me to "read this!"—referring to a corporate policy. If this is indeed the policy, I must express my skepticism regarding the future of Little Caesars, as not every customer will opt to order online. This experience has been the most disappointing display of customer service I have ever encountered at one of your locations. Immediate corrective action is necessary to prevent further loss of customers.
This location consistently undercooks menu items and has some of the rudest staff I've ever interacted with.
I came to the counter asking for my order, when I gave the blonde teenage boy the name he slammed my pizza on the counter and remarked on how I was 10 minutes late.
This and finding HAIR in my crazy puffs was the last straw.
I go out of my way to go to this location, Its my favorite, they care about the quality and freshness of everything they make.

I dont mind waiting for food to be made as long as its fresh. After waiting about 15 minutes my pizza was kinda warm and not cut all the way. Drive the extra mile to another little ceasars. The employee forgot i was waiting for a pizza and asked me if i needed anything when i walked inside.

Pizza had no cheese, pepperoni was dried up as well as the bread sticks. Quality has really gone downhill.
They’re fast, friendly, and professional. Exactly what you should expect from Little Caesar’s as far as food, and always clean in the back.
