I ordered a well-done custom pizza for $18.50 (ridiculous) that had two toppings, besides cheese: beef and banana peppers. I got a limp pizza with old school cup pepperoni and beef. It was ordered online 30 minutes before pickup. I don't understand how a printed order gets messed up. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this location, so I'll go to another in the future.

Served up 2 pretzel pizzas to me after I was told elsewhere that it was too late for pretzel pizzas. 10 stars to their service with a smile.

This place used to be my regular Little Ceasers for 2 years, and the food was always amazing, but just recently I moved, and I ended up about an hour south. Well I placed an order on the app not realizing it still sent the order to the last store you ordered from, and when I got to my local restaurant they were saying they couldn't do anything.
So I called up this one expecting a run-around or to be told they couldn't cancel because they had already made the food (which would have been reasonable, even if frustrating for me), but they laughed, said they understood, voided my order right then without any fuss and just made the entire situation much less painful for me, and I didn't need to worry about paying for dinner twice.

They refused to add ham to a cheese pizza with pretzel crust. Between the manager and the kid on the phone they couldn’t figure out how to push buttons on their screen to add ham to a cheese pizza. Just mind blowing.

Ok whoever the cook today was they were incredible! BEST little ceasars pizza I've had in a long time they made sure to put adequate sauce and it was just amazing! Props to whoever was cooking the pizza on July 18 2025 around 5:30. They deserve a raise! I would have given them a tip if I wasn't already gone when I tried the pizza.
