Okay, we all know what this place is about, right? We don’t pull up to Little Caesars expecting overpriced “artisan” pizza that takes forever — we go for the unbeatable price and the lightning-fast service. And guess what? I have been turned away and told things like, "Certain times of the day we can't help you at the drive thru" and, "that's not something we do at the drive thru" and "we only offer that in-store" so I can only imagine all those first impressions where customers get turned away.
