“IRIS is a wonderful head at this store. She goes above and beyond. We are picky and she never makes us feel like we are a burden. The store is clean! I love it when she works and we come back weekly because of her.Your male, tall, manager on the other hand is lazy and rude. He tried to tell me they couldn't make a certain pizza that we get here all the time. Then, when my CO-worker came in one day, he came back saying the same man was difficult and rude.Little Ceasars now wants you to take a pager to your car to wait for your pizza? They'll page you? No. Can you imagine gathering all your kids out of the car just to go in an order pizza and be told to wait in the car and then come back in again? Not only is it unsanitary to ask people all day to touch these pagers, it's inconvenient to have to go in and out and in and out. It doesn't matter if your lobby's clear, it matters if your customers are happy. This is inconvenient and not a great idea. You don't know if somebody took that pager to the bathroom, etc.Again, we keep coming back to the store because Iris is amazing. We don't know her personally - we just know her from the store and she makes a difference. Would love to see her recognized.“
“Pretzel pizza AND a STUFFED CRUST??bliss plus bliss, little ceasers stills the show. The young man working the counter deserves a raise ? ( brown hair with an accent) customer service you don't get anymore is here at this location and that's what keeps customers. Update 2/24/24 pizza was perfectly cooked and the crust is as good as I remember it in the early 90s, light,fluffy and almost an eggy yummy taste.“
