Great for groups and really good food! Daniel was our server and he was very attentive. The skinny margaritas were perfect!
I love this place. Warm salsa is amazing! Super friendly and the food is great. I have super picky Mexican food eating friends and they loved this place too. Mariachi band on Tuesdays can be fun and remember it’s ok to say no to them if you’re not in the mood. The food does take some time, but the quality is worth it!!
Aside from the waitress being impatient it should be the customers choice as to how much of a tip we leave not for them to decide they want a $30 tip and force it upon the customer when they pay
Service and ambiance was great, but food was mediocre at best. This restaurant brags about being voted #1 Mexican restaurant in Utah, and is definitely not. Enchiladas and chimichongas had cheap canned sauce cheese in them instead of real cheddar cheese. Food was just OK.
Don’t go for the nachos!! After work wanted nachos for dinner, ordered 2 LARGE nachos one for my son too. Got home, opened one up and was furious because the “large” nachos had 11 chips with some meat and cheese melted on it for a low price of $15.00🤔. Took all food back(also ordered chicken stuffed jalapeños). They said it was correct as large nachos. They refunded everything and said take and try it, I did. The stuffed jalapeños was amazing but nachos was not worth even $5.00. Adding photos as proof, not fibbing.

Food was OK. Nothing super special in the taste. Very texmex, more than authentic Mexican. The best was the chips and salsa they give. The staff though was nice and attentive.

If you go solo (single) to this restaurant please don't expect quick service. Service is rapid for 2 or more people. I arrived before 2 families; chips, salsa, and water were served before me. We all sat in the same area so no excuses for them no seeing me. I left the restaurant without getting food and went across the street to Applebee's!

We come to sandy Utah location often. We had some unexpected events happen and they were able to make it right! We are so appreciative and grateful! Thanks for the great food and hospitality! We’ll see you soon!

Our table was ready when we arrived, and the chips and salsa were brought promptly. It was then 15 minutes until our server took our order. It wasn't long before the food was delivered. It wasn't visually appealing, nor flavorful. Every item on our plate was cold from the beans and rice to the cheese enchilada and green chicken enchiladas. The chicken in the enchiladas was prefab from frozen out of a bag, not even fresh chicken cooked onsite. Our server was nowhere to be found, and we in fact didn't see her again until she dropped off our check. My water glass was totally empty with no refills, she did not ask how everything was, she didn't care at all. The most comical thing was there were signs on each table with QR codes to vote for them for “Best Mexican Restaurant”. Um, are you kidding?!? We will not be back.
Never had such bland Mexican food as I did here. We had their margarita flight and I could not drink them because of how much sugar was in the drinks. The upholstery on the benches were riped and torn. For 2 of us I would expect much better for $100.00

Disappointed to say the least. Nowhere close to being authentic. Drinks where just as bad. If you're looking for real mexican food this place is not it!
Really enjoyed my food here.

This is quite a lively place on a Tuesday with a live Mariachi band playing. They roam the restaurant and will end up at your table for a personal song.
Food is good. I really enjoyed it.
Annoying thing in Utah is they need to see your ID for ordering drinks like beer, even though it is quite obvious that I am not under age. Also, some of the staff do not speak English. Still a good place to go to.

We sat at the bar top. it was mariachi night. The bar tender was our server. Her name was Sandra. She gave us excellent service and the food was SO GOOD. She made us bomb margaritas but we chose the expensive don julio. So worth it!
