Just passing through Sandy, Utah and found this restaurant. They served authentic Indonesian dishes. I recommend ordering sego bungkus for people who never try Indonesian dishes. This entree comes with 5 different dishes that you can order separately. It is like their sampler dish (beef, chicken, veggies, egg and noodle). We also ordered laksa betawi (rice noodle soup). They have so many good stuffs that I want to try them all.

Came in with a party of 7. We ordered family style, and confirmed we had ordered 4 entrees and 2 appetizers to share with the waitress who wears all black, has crazy eyeliner and black lipstick. When we went to check out, she charged us for 2 of each meal we ordered! Food was ok, but she totally took advantage of the language barrier. We will not be going back. If you go there, make sure you triple check she’s not making you 2 of everything you order!!

We ordered take out during our ski trip after a long day of skiing and we are so so glad we did. We went with the family makan and it was just like my mom used to make! We can't find authentic Indonesian food easily back home so we were excited to try this. The beef rendang, mi goreng and ayam bakar were perfect! If you're looking for something different and authentic, check this place out!

We tried the beef curry and firecracker chicken. I heard the goat curry was good, but didn't see the special until after we'd ordered. Not a ton of veg involved but the flavors were so good and the service was great too. Almost didn't get a picture again!

The food was bland. Which is wild for Indonesian food and it was cold.
I got the famous rendang which should be amazing but even the meat was tough. This is a beef braise so it should be slow cooked till it was fork tender and fall apart in your mouth.
Advice: please at least reheat food even if it ain’t fresh, salt and cook your beef long enough.
God bless o hope this leads to better experiences in the future!

This is the ONLY Indonesian restaurant in the state and has so many star dishes. My friends, family, and I come primarily for the drama of the sizzling water spinach (kangkung) vegetable dish. Usually meats are served in sizzling platters, so it's so unique and delightful to have a veg dish be the star of the show.
Our other favorites include the sweet & sour chicken, beehoon goreng, anchovy fried rice, spicy eggplant, beef rendang, roti canai, fish dishes--the list goes on. The food is refreshingly different from the sea of usual and common encounters. We usually order more than we could ever eat and bring home the rest to enjoy later. So good!
The service is friendly, the restaurant is clean, and it's a wonderful gem that offers a delicious dining adventure. The only suggestion I would offer is serving all dishes in chinaware to eliminate waste and PFAS worries. While most dishes are served in chinaware, the appetizers are served in paperware, and an occasional dish comes in plastic containers.

Came here for lunch and ordered the laksa. The flavors were amazing and really satisfying. The only downside was that my stomach felt uncomfortable shortly after I finished eating. It was temporary, but since it happened right after the meal, it was hard not to wonder if it was related to the food.

We went here for the first time tonight and it was fantastic! We had the Shrimp in Sweet Buttery Sauce, Lumpias, Mie Tek Tek, and Kwetiau Goreng, and it was all excellent, but the standout star was the Sego Bunkus which was a sampler of different curry and noodle dishes, some of which weren’t available on the standard menu. The portions were very generous, and our server was super friendly and helpful. We’ll be going back often!
