I ordered steak breakfast meal with hashbrowns and onions. They sent sausage, no hashbrowns no onions. They sent syrup for pancakes, which I didn’t order. It’s terrible. This was Uber Eats. You can’t take it back to the counter. You are just left without. Terrible quality control.

I showed up at 10:55 close to their closing time ordered a Big Mac and fries. The fries were cold I asked if I could get something hot and they told me that they had already drained the oil from the friars and couldn't do anything to help me, so my thought was why not close at 10:55 not 11:00 so I had cold fries drove down the road and ended up with a cold Big Mac as well. Would not recommend and I will not be returning.

Horrible experience and I live in the area will go to a different McDonald's from now on .. Waited for ever to order (20+ minutes) kids running Krazy in line ordering 1 item at a time than when I got my food the order was not right I ordered a 4c and was given a 4a with no fries.. a sundae that was 3/4 full and looked like a kids size service is not Kool.. more concerned with drive through than a dinning room full of people..

i usually love this location but they have not been on the ball lately, this is the second time i’ve ordered a big mac no meat and received meat on it. even the screen and receipt said to remove the meat so i’m not sure why this keeps happening

I hate this location. I will now drive 5-10 minutes more to avoid this poorly run franchise. At least 30-40% of the time I am told to drive to the waiting area. When I have complained the answer is always “don’t you want your fries hot”? Other locations seem to provide perfectly hot fries with no extended wait. And, I just got served cold fries after waiting 5 minutes. I’m done with this one
