Went by tonight the girl on the drive thru was very rude and kept rushing us like they were busy but there were no cars behind us.I called and talk to a girl manager and she was rude as well. I will never go by this McDonald’s again.

Lost my kid again, in the ball pit at the McDonald’s in Sandy, Utah and started to question everything I knew about parenting and gravity. The ball pit is like entering the Labyrinth, you almost have to take LSD just to find your way out of there!
I yelled his name for 15 minutes while other kids stared at me like I was an unpaid clown on break. Not far off, to be honest.
Right when panic set in, I took a bite of a Spicy Sausage McMuffin and suddenly remembered what peace felt like. That warm, greasy hug of spicy sausage and fake cheese brought me back from the edge of insanity.
Eventually a kid popped out of the pit with my son’s shoe and a fry stuck to his forehead, so I figured he was still alive in there.
Five stars for emotional support breakfast sandwiches.

I ordered a fish sandwich that comes with cheese I guess I should have said a whole slice of cheese this is the second time I got a half slice of cheese on my sandwich first time was a cheeseburger smdh. Don't offer if you can't make without shorting us even if it's just a piece of cheese. Other places charge extra for cheese sheesh

I've never been to a McDonald's I'm impressed with, however, get with the program. When someone orders an entire order, pay attention to your customers and learn how to make some orange juice. We want orange juice not orange flavored water.
Once again today 8/29/25 at 8:00am was served a dried out steak begal that I could barely crunch through. You've done it again McDonald's. Great job. Not even worth the drive back. You can keep the money.

This is the worst McDonald's on the planet. 9 times out of 10 when I order through the drive through, I have to pull forward and wait because, for some unexplainable reason, they are incapable of doing what every other McDonald's in the world can do, and get food ready quickly. Then, 50% of the time the order is wrong anyway. Whomever runs this place should lose their franchise agreement. Its an absolute joke.

This location probably has the slowest service curbside of any MCD's in the state of Utah. I have come twice in the past month and have sat out front for over 15 minutes both times. Probably time to go to a new one.
Placed a mobile order, then went inside the lobby to wait. 10-15 minutes go by and people who ordered after me started getting their food so I knew there had to be some mess up. The app apparently never got the order to the kitchen even though I paid and submitted it. I was getting frustrated when the owner Brent stepped in and said ”you’ve been waiting here 10 minutes and your hungry let’s get you some food.” He told me they had been having issues with mobile orders going to different stores. He bought me lunch and let me place a new order on the house. He made it right. That’s the reason for the five stars, mistakes happen but when you take care of people they take care of your business! I can’t speak for every employee here but the owner has the right mindset!
I ordered on the app and picked it up. As usual as soon as I got near the restaurant I got a notice that my food was ready, only to wait 10 or so minutes for my food, then they forgot my drink and had to run back in for it. But the food was good!
