I used to really like this McDonalds but recently it’s gotten really bad. Yesterday was the last straw when they wouldn’t give me food that I ordered for. I used their app and I ordered the kerwin frost box with a thing of extra large fries. I pulled up to the window and they gave me the kerwin box but not the fries. After trying to tell them they forgot my fries they slammed the window in my face. I will not go to this McDonalds again until they fix whatever issue is going on within. Id like to say I’m an empathetic guy towards people in the retail/food business, I’ve been/still in that business. But they shouldn’t have treated me that way. Luckily I can dispute the charge with my bank because if they’re not gonna give me all my food I want my money back.

I'm deeply concerned about the lack of hand sanitizer at your McDonald's, especially as a healthcare provider during prime RSV season. The playground area was dirty, and attempts to get an employee's attention went unnoticed. The ordering process, involving an empty cup and confusion with tent numbers, led to frustration, cold food, and unhelpful responses from staff.The absence of clear instructions during the order process contributes to dissatisfaction. The decline in service and disregard for customer safety in sanitation efforts is alarming. The overall experience has led me to reconsider dining in the future.Additionally, the feedback form's 26-character code is inconvenient, and the UX/UI quality is surprisingly lacking for a Fortune 500 company. Consider improvements for a smoother customer experience and increased satisfaction.

My boys are spending their elf gift cards. He ordered 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal. No apple but extra fries. He received his nuggets , they were cold and stale, very stale. He got two tiny boxes of French fries. Their was three fries in each box. They were nice and cold but not too stale. I called the store and complained they told me food sitting in under the lights for a couple of hours isn't stale. It's still good food. My favorite is when the employee hangs out the window while swinging our food trying to get us to hurry. We don't go much anymore because the prices have gone up so high I need to stick with coupons. Burger King and Arby's only give out coupons.

I come here quite a bit, the people are nice and food is good but it’s annoying because whatever you order even if it’s just fries they have you park and wait as people that ordered behind you file out from the window
