Today my wife and I had lunch at The Melty of Aiken, a new restaurant that just opened in town. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the restaurant itself was spotless. We were part of a large crowd of people trying Melty for the first time, and the entire team—including the owner—was fully engaged and welcoming. We both ordered the hamburger with fries and a drink, all served hot and fresh. The food was delicious, and the experience was excellent from start to finish....

The food was very fresh. I got the brisket melt and was impressed. The fries and fry sauce were also 10/10. The worker did great. I also like that they use buzzers instead of having a second line to pick up with workers shouting order numbers.

This was my first time there and I think I was expecting a bigger loaf of bread than it was. It was delicious and they didn't take that long to prepare it, but the size/price ratio was a bit disappointing, not to mention that it didn't come with a drink or anything extra for that price.
