Traveling and wanted a quick eat. Place caught my eye. When ordering, communication could have been better. Not familiar with the method of ordering and the staff seemed unenthusiastic to listen. Tried the cubano. It was a very good sandwich but slightly too oily. Pricing and size were both good. Very filling.

Potbelly’s in Sandy is one of my go-to spots for a quick, satisfying meal. The food is always fresh, the service is fast and friendly, and the place has a clean, welcoming vibe.

But the real star here is the Chicken Club. It’s seriously one of the best sandwiches around—perfectly toasted bread, juicy grilled chicken, crispy bacon, and fresh toppings. Every bite is packed with flavor, and it never disappoints.

I loveee me some potbelly, this location in particular is excellent, great fresh tasting sandwiches. I do wish there were more closer stores to me but this is the closest one and it delivers excellence.
