Been coming here my whole life and sad to say, things arent good. Whoever is making these stupid changes at Rich's needs to stop. We dont care about lame decor or your ideas of changing the menu, we come for the Cheese bagel and plug. Rich's is a community staple and ya all are ruining a good thing. Bagels taste different and the vibe is chain instead of local spot. Please MAKE RICH'S GREAT AGAIN!
Great bagels, but $10 for a rubbery, microwaved egg sandwich? Nope. I expect this from a chain like Einstein but not from a small local bagel shop. I expected real cracked eggs and better quality from a local shop.

Also, they invented the Asiago Bagel years ago?! What a claim to fame. Although, my favorite is the cinnamon sugar, warmed up, with cranberry raspberry shmear.
