Sam's Kitchen is a little hole in the wall shop at Ocean Mart, considered the most legit Chinese food in the valley. It is the closest you can get to a Chinese bbq shop, serving a variety of authentic bbq cuisines like roast duck, roast pork, char siu, and soy sauce chicken. They also serve classic Chinese foods like Won Ton Noodle Soup, Beef Chow Fun, fried rice, and bbq pork buns. The roast duck and roasted pork are the best for a while, and the char siu is the best ever. The fried rice with added roast pork is incredible and the best in Utah, though the basic fried noodle was found boring. The cabbage is also ridiculous and delectable. Everything is for a good price with big portions. The people running it are super kind and nice. The atmosphere is great, making it the best Asian food ever and perfect for craving comfort food.
