It's been a long time since my last visit to Shake shack. Likely when I was in an airport traveling before Covid.Finally made it back today. The taste was okay, and as thin as the patty was, I was surprised it was still really pink inside. It was $9 for a burger that's on a small bun. really isn't all that impressive to me. Other gourmet burger places (JCWs) make huge burgers for the same price.I got one burger And fries and was over $14. The inside is really nice and clean and presentable. Staff were great. Really it's just overpriced for the amount of food you get, and the quality. Thus the 3-star review.They need one of those stickers next to their prices with Biden pointing up saying "I did that!"

The shakes here are really good. Cookies and cream is where it is at! The burgers were alright. They are small and come with a few items on it or that you can add. Comparatively to other burger joints, this is sub-par. The burger itself has flavor, and that was the best thing about it. $60 (with tip) to feed 3 people is excessive.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking with accessible ramp and a smooth transition to the back patio.
I use to love shake shack back in the day but honestly there’s a lot of good burger places here and although it’s a decent burger, it just doesn’t stand out from the competition. I appreciate shake shack for offering gluten free buns though! And their classic bun is really good. Also the fries are good but the cheese they use tastes grassy or something it’s always been that way not a fan. Shakes are good! Service is decent but you order on the kiosk. Restaurant is mostly clean and ok ambiance

The customer service here is amazing! The staff is so kind and helpful. Their gluten free bun is my favorite out of every restaurant I’ve been too. They actually fry it with butter like their other buns, most places don’t do this with gf buns. I’ve also never gotten sick here from being gluten sensitive.

The food tasted good till we found multiple hairs in the food. We had to clean our own table as there were no clean tables in the whole place.
