I have been in the neighborhood for a year now and every single time I’ve been here the service has been terribly slow. Busy, empty, it doesn’t matter. I don’t understand how service could be so slow when there are 6 people on shift and no one in the cafe and maybe one or two vehicles in the drive through. For someone who worked in the coffee business for roughly ten years of my youth it just bewilders me how slow this location is.

Has a pretty bad drive-thru setup but their speed and service makes up for it. The drive-thru fits 2 cars before ordering and when it starts to get busy, people seem to be confused on where to line up. They make up for it by being one of the fastest Starbucks around so the parking lot/drive-thru doesn’t get too backed up.

I use to go to a different Starbucks but this one best by far. Alta one of the employees there knows ASL and always makes me feel welcome even going out of their way to write a sweet note in my cup. Thank you all!!! ??Parking: It being a smaller area it is understandable with little parking. It is still really good though there are only 3 spots in front.

Went to get my favorite pumpkin drink, and when they gave it to me it looked milky. I said this isn’t how I have had it before, it looks milky. The girl was rude, and said that’s how we do it. It was tasteless and milky with a slight orange color. Poor service, I will never go there again!! It’s my least favorite Starbucks.

If you've never been to a Starbucks, this would be a great one to start at. The staff is extremely friendly and kind and attentive to your needs. They are familiar with the menu and will help you make a choice if you'd like. Great coffee and clean dining area as well.

Walked in at 6:57pm thinking this Starbucks closed later as a car just went through the drive thru and two customers were seated inside and the doors were still open. I waited for a couple minutes before someone peaked out from the register and told me they were closed and not taking any orders. Pretty disappointed to hear that as there was someone at their drive thru window and they happened to go through at the same time I walked in. I guess I’ll be taking my business to beans & brews then.

worst customer service. i ordered my drink, and while i was waiting at the window for it, all i could hear was a a very negative and obnoxiously loud girl talking about how disgusted she was by the drink i ordered. I get not liking something that someone else ordered, but maybe walk away from the window next time. she should not be working in the customer service industry.
