Staff good- caramel drizzle now sucks. I don't know when the change happened, but it now offically sucks at all locations. Iced caramel macchiato is the only reason I've gone to Stabucks for well over 10 years. I know exactly what that drink should taste like, and the last 4 locations I got one, it tastes like nothing but watery bland milk with espresso. Not caramel. At all. Came here almost at close, was met with a super sweet smile and no hesitation to help me with my complicated drink ? I would absolutely recommend coming here! The drinks have been made well and the employees are wonderful. ?
Andy is amazing! Gave me free drink when my malfunctioning cell wouldn’t pull up my stars or let me pay. But, there are so many amazing employees here. I don’t know their names, but they have done everything to make my drinks perfect, and to value and respect me as a customer. I remember all Starbucks were like this in the 1990s, thanks for maintaining the tradition!
