I stop at this location regularly, about 2-3 times per week. The staff is friendly and it is rare that I wait more than 5 minutes in the drive-thru.

This is a great location! It’s one of the Starbucks locations that has partnered with Volvo to setup an electric charging station. Inside, staff are friendly and were willing to take the time to make sure they understood my drink order so they could get it right. My order came out quickly and tasted delicious. The atmosphere was spacious and great for people watching. I’d happily stop by this location again!

Was only here because of the car charger out front. I'd encourage everyone to boycott, there is better coffee for cheaper all throughout the valley

I was in the drive through waiting for my drink. While the guy at the window serving me was having a separate conversation with someone on the phone on his personal cell phone. Using vulgar language and talking negatively about his boss. He didn't even talk to me and then proceeds to ask. If I want to leave a tip and I'm like. Are you serious? LOL absolutely not.

Sadly this is the closest Starbucks to my house/work, since it's the most accessible to me I always have to come here and be disappointed yon my drinks/baristas behavior, today in specific i decided to leave a review because of the way I got treated by the barista with the bob-cut that works in the morning, all I ordered was 2 drinks, a matcha and dirty chai with 2 espresso shots, keep in mind every single time I come to this Starbucks for some reason the always make you the whites most milk tasting matcha I've ever had in any Starbucks that's why I've been opting to make sure I order extra matcha at this location (even if I order it this way they always give me the blandest of all drinks!! How is this possible??). Today with my dirty chai, I ordered iced, it even said on the label like??, I tell barista nicely, hey you messed up both of my drinks, this barista has the audacity after making both of my simple drinks incorrectly to look at me and scoff, please Starbucks have real adults working not kids with attitudes. I tell her hey please be respectful since I paid for this drinks, I paid even extra for matcha because you guys don't know how to make it, this girls decides to remake my iced dirty chai, and DID NOT PUT THE 2 SHOTS OF ESPRESSO I PAID FOR, something you guys charge so much for. At this point because of how make times this barista had messed up making the 2 most simplest drinks I was already running late for work, I just left. This is really my worst Starbucks experience ever.

Had an excellent experience here. Spent a couple of hours using their WiFi to work on homework for my college classes. My Frappuccino was perfect and served quickly and the atmosphere wasn't so noisy as to inhibit my studying. Plenty of outlets available at convenient spots around the restaurant for people to use too.

Worst experience I’ve had , not only where they rude but not helpful at all didn’t listen to my order I bought this cup and they wouldn’t give me the straw with it when I’m prior occasions I’ve bought this cup and didn’t have to purchase the straw when you buy a tumbler the straw isn’t an add on. When I order it online I get the straw the staff is rude and made the whole experience unpleasant

Literally, it wasn’t even 8 am and Gillyian was THE SWEETEST to me in the drive thru. Like I literally haven’t come across someone this nice, in the food industry at this early in the morning in an longgggg time. Energy really does matter! And not only did she recommend a really yummy drink (the pumpkin chai) but she seriously made my whole day, just with her simple genuine/ real customer (human) service. Thanks Gillyian, the world and Starbucks needs more of you!!!!!!! :D

NO NAME

Went to have coffee with my daughter which was a long time coming, & the lobby was closed. Which I get since there was a plumber in the parking lot. So we had to go through the drive-through to order. But apparently they can’t do iced tea through the drive-thru because it takes 5 min to steep the tea & they can’t do that. We waited over 5 min for our whole order anyway! And there weren’t any other customers behind us! So very unlike other places (& other Starbucks I’ve been to) that will ask you to park close by so they can run you your order if it’s going to take extra time. And we asked for extra sweetener, but didn’t get ANY sweetener in the tea at all, & it’s supposed to have sweetener in it! The girl in the drive thru wasn’t exactly a ray of sunshine, either:(
