Made reservations for 11:30 AM didn't get seated until 11:55 a.m. After waiting 25 minutes, they went to seat us and said oh wait we just gave away your seats. Waited a little longer then was seated. Took a while before waiter came to our table. By then we knew what we wanted. We ordered food arrived rather quickly. That was probably the best experience with the efficiency of the food. However, what fell flat was our waiters lackadaisical attitude on getting requested straws...

According to our server, they were down. 2 people, but even so it seemed to take a long time to get a Diet Coke, much less our food. The restaurant decor is cute, but the music volume is too loud so you end up shouting to people across the table. The club sandwich was okay, but the fries were crispy and very flavorful.

The ambiance and service were great but the food was subpar. Avocado toast was over salted, and the biscuits with the gravy were hard. It is not inexpensive so I expect the food to be excellent. We have been a few times with mixed results. It's such a fun place that we'll probably try again and order something different.
