Multiple orders they have forgotten at least half my food. It is rare to actually get what you order here.

Went through the drive through Spent 62.00. We checked our food before leaving the parking lot. We were missing 4 items. They seemed like it was an issue because we were asking for what we paid for. We got home and 3 of the chalupas we ordered were rock hard could not even bite through them. The cheesy burrito woth the cheese on the outside was not even melted literally was sitting on shredded cheese. There was a guy at the window leaning against the soda machine talking to a girl and seemed like he was in a hurry to get back to talking. There was not another car in the drive thru. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Its a waste of money and time and not worth the stomach ache!!!!

While waiting for my food in the building I overheard an employee get off the intercom after taking a customer's order. They proceeded to call the customer the R slur to the other employees because the customer asked if an item had tomatoes on it. I get that work can be frustrating but using that kind of hateful language is just sad. I hope that person has a better day and gets educated.
They promoted spicy just fine but messed up our order..

They never get orders correct whether you go to the drive thru, delivery or inside. There is a lack of care of communication.

“You’re stupid the food was right there” the food I needed was behind the counter… next time I will just walk back there. Guy was vaping next to the food they should evaluate that place and fire them unacceptable for any fast food.

wish I could leave a lower review. getting really tired of spending so much extra to get sour cream on my items, and not ever get it on any. this order was the fifth in a row this has happened to, and don’t get me started on the fact that I had to change my name in the app for them to stop being rude to me at the window. I get the same order every time and yes it’s a little long and frustrating but I pay extra money for it and just want my meal how I want it. Unfortunately for me this is my nearest taco bell. If I could get back all the money I’ve spent here on toppings/sauces I paid for and didn’t get, I’d have enough to buy a number eight with all my customizations on it but they wouldn’t put any of it on.

Taco Bell is notoriously bad in terms of accuracy and service, but this is a new low. The woman at the window was incredibly nice, but every item in our order was wrong. My partner is a vegetarian so he orders black beans, they gave him beef. I ordered and was charged for a burrito that’s not cheap and they gave me the worst taco I think I’ve ever had. For how expensive even drive thru food is these days I’m disappointed.

They have a sewer gas problem. They put industrial strength bathroom scents in to hide the smell. Now it smells like sewer gas and bathroom deodorizer. I thought it was a one time thing, but we went back a month or so later and same problem
