The food was good but the service was terrible. We dined in and when we got our order they forgot something. We stood up at the counter for a little bit and every worker was on their cell phones and not paying attention to the customer standing there. When I brought up all of them being on their phones, the employee just got rude.

The attitude I received after they messed up my order was unbelievable. I don’t know what I should expect from Taco Bell but don’t go to this location. I was over charged and given the wrong food and on top of that treated terribly by the staff.

⭐ 1/5 — Poor communication and service Couldn’t understand the employee clearly over the intercom, which led to getting a chicken chalupa instead of the beef one I ordered. When we got to the window and asked to fix it, the worker said they couldn’t change it because it was already made. I found that frustrating — mistakes happen, but they should be willing to correct them when it’s clear there was a miscommunication. The person at the window was polite, but overall the experience wasn’t great. Better communication would go a long way.

If you’re that Miserable... get a new job or advance your career so much if you hate acting presentable. I ordered two burritos and the man taking the order just didn't want to be there and had the worst attitude I'd seen. I was fast with my order and polite up until he handed me the food and I suggested he get a new job if he is so Miserable. Hope he sees this and does something about the state of himself.

I love Taco Bell. I've been to more locations than I care to admit. I eat Taco Bell at least once every other week. This locations is among the best. In my 10+ visits to this particular location, staff have always been friendly, the location is clean, and items are filled more than I would expect of a typical location. Nothing else you could ask for.

These taco bell place in the worst they never get you already right. Everything you're missing stuff through the drive through i don't. Know how to keep business open. I ask for a jalapen̈o site. They charge me for it and the didn't even give me one. And gave me the wrong burrito

I was really disappointed i always going here and this time my food was all wet and soggy like water got poured all over it i like this taco bell cause I dont really have to worry about checking my food it's always there and never anything missing but when I got home I was really disappointed 😞

Tonight I want to thank the works/ the cooks working right now at 12:06am , I got food for me and my kids Taco bell has been lacking on good food lately, I was driving home the kids seen taco bell open so we went to get us some food , the mexican pizza have not tasted so good for a while ,but tonight I give this works 100% points , the mexican pizza and tacos ,the chicken quesadilla taste it amazing!!!!! amazing flavors!!!!it was like welcome back Taco bell 🔔 Good works makes a difference 🔔 they need a raise so they can make Taco bell good everyday ♥️💯💯💯👌🌯🍕🌮🫓🐶

Didn’t go inside since it was closed but the food was very hollow mostly tortilla that was torn off and put back into the bag… the guy who took the order was nice. But food not worth this trip, other Taco-bell’s are superior.
