Stopped for tacos 🌮. Tacos for taco Tuesday. All the shells were broken. But they were just a good cheap taco.

I ordered a 5 layer burrito NO tortilla and was charged extra only to receive a bowl of beans and cheese. I ordered a Pepsi ZERO and was given a regular Pepsi. I don't see why asking for no tortillas was such a big deal, also repeated drink to him 2 times and never received my receipt!

I went through the drive-through yesterday long story short they told me my order was $24.42. They ended up charging my account $29.30. I went back up there. The manager told me it was my fault that I used the Taco Bell app and I sat there and told her I did not use the Taco Bell app. I went through the drive-through and they told me I had to bring the food back to get a refund which is weird because you can’t even resell that food it goes in the trash And when they pulled out the receipt yesterday and they told me OK yeah we overcharged your account they still tried to justify it and say that they were in the right and I’m in the wrong never go to this location they will scam you and the manager is the absolute worst!!

I was talking to my buddy JP and saying we needed to live mas! Without hesitation we got here like we teleported through space and time cause no one says no to Taco Bell. However, then there is this Taco Bell. They do things right! They living mas! Instead of my tacos looking like the Incredible Hulk threw them together and then punched them, they were full and perfect! I got the same thing I always get and couldn’t finish it. Well done to this location.

The service was awful. I had to repeat everything and still they got several things wrong. And the person helping us seemed annoyed to be taking our order. Will not be going back to this location.

I go here at least once or twice month cause my child loves their crunchy Tacos, but they screw up my order at least 50% of the time. Always missing stuff.
Now don't get me wrong, im just as foolish for knowing its happen multiple times and still don't check my bag. But damn its Taco bell, and its never THAT busy so in my head, the job isn't that hard.
At least the food I do get is usually good. So there is that positive.

They always ask what sauce I want & then don't give me any. Aside from that they have good fast food, & everybody is nice. They're fast, just too fast to remember the sauce.

I ordered a large order on door dash, received everything, but the 5 layer beef burrito, in a sealed bag. I attempted to contact the store about the missing item and there was no answer. We went to the stores location with my bag from door dash, to show proof that our item was missing, we weren’t trying to get free food. We explained what happened (in a very respectful manner, we understand people make mistakes and not upset at them, we just wanted what we paid for), and the host said ok?. The response was as if she meant to say, “and this is my problem because or what would you like me to do about it?” There was no apology about the missing item, any sort of customer service. She went back to her coworkers, speaking in Spanish to remake the order. As we stood there waiting, we made another order via the self checkout and we noticed all of the employees laughing and pointing at us, making us VERY uncomfortable.
When she provided us the food in the bag, it was almost the attitude of here’s your food, now get out of my store. And again, no apology about the missing item. VERY unprofessional customer service from her or her fellow coworkers. The fact that we had ordered from DoorDash, came in to the store to get our missed item, due to TACO BELL’S mistake, and have zero remorse about the missing item, speaks volumes. I had spent more money and time to come into the store, when I shouldn’t have to, to begin with. To also get greeted with a disrespectful attitude. Unacceptable behavior and will not be returning to this location. Unless I want to be treated with such disrespect and feeling as if I’m the minority.

The service was delightful except that no one could speak fluent English. After talking with the third person finally conveying my request only to receive my food telling me that it couldn't be done all because of their inept ability to speak English ¿`_
