I had to remind them after 10 minutes I'm waiting. Whem I arrived there was 1 car in the drive thru and 1 person in the lobby.

I come for convenience. That's it. I really should just go to Rancharito. I do like the consistency. For the last couple years, every order I make gets messed up. If it's online, messed up. If it's at the drive thru, messed up. It it's at the self-serve order screen, messed up. I congratulate you on the consistency.
So many things have made my experience here horrible. There’s one lady that works the drive through that has a really bad attitude and charges you extra for sour cream you don’t order on, like, EVERY item. She wouldn’t give me time to speak and kept asking for a round up donation even though I said no already. I asked for no lettuce or jalapeño sauce and was made to wait for the special item, only to not get that item at all, but extra jalapeno sauce. Didn’t notice until I got home, tried calling and no answer.

Every time I try to go to Taco Bell, they are "understaffed" and close early (I was there at 9:30 PM). There were 4 people standing in the kitchen doing nothing. Arthur is very unprofessional, after I walked away, he then let some other person in to the lobby
I swear half the time we go here they get the order wrong. News flash, they are probably pocketing the misorder. I don't know how you can get 2 different ppls order wrong in the exact same day unless there is something else going on. My husband went after I came home and when he made a HUGE order they Refused to give him a receipt. And a couple of things were missing. He had to go back and try to show them. At first they insisted he had lied , but the manager asked for the receipt. And my husband told him they refused to give him one. It's just too fishy. Wish I could report them to the franchise.

So the food is always good... when they listen to your order. What REALLY pissed me off is when I called to try and get the issues fixed not only did the manager start arguing with me over what I ordered. Then he demanded I read him my receipt and when I asked him to repeat what he said, he said okay this is fraud im going to call the police. What the heck is wrong with these people?

Did not provide sauces for tacos or burritos, left out the nacho cheese for nacho fries, didn’t have Mountain Dew zero and didn’t know it. Crunchwrap tasted off like rancid oil. Last time I was here chips had same rancid flavor. Will never go back to this location.
