. They suck. This is the second time they didn’t deliver my food and it’s been a hassle trying to get someone competent on the phone to issue a refund. Completely ridiculous.
Waited over 15 minutes to get our smoothies from the drive through today and employee hands them to me with out a lid. I asked for one and he stated they did not have any! Kind of frustrated. How am I supposed to keep them from spilling etc if something happens while driving.... the employee just looked at me and said have a good day.
