I remain hopeful that this Wendy’s will get their act together but have been disappointed over the last two years. Service is always slow (as in waiting 20 min just to place my order slow). The food is hit and miss and we never know if it will be worth the wait or not (usually not though). We will purposely drive to a further Wendys to avoid these issues.
Every once in a while I will stop there in hopes that things will be running smoothly. Today was just as disappointing....read full review
Worst Wendy's ever. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes because I couldn't get my car out. Finally got to the speaker where I was not greeted. I said hello and was told they would be with my in one moment. Nothing. I finally ended up driving away. Pretty poor customer service if you ask me.

Wendy's offers good, fresh fast food with plenty of parking. The chicken sandwich and crisp french fries are highlights. Vegetarian options include salads. The Dave's Single burger was messy but good. The customer service at this location is exceptional and it is clean and nice. Some newer employees can mess up orders, but the staff works to make it right. The Classic Chicken sandwich sometimes has small patties that don't cover the bun. The Jr. bacon cheeseburger is super good.
