Worst service ever, my daughter was looking forward to the new Wednesday addams food. Went there waited 5 mins just to order no one else in front or behind us we ordered 2 new raven shakes and fries that's it. I repeated my self 3 times then moved forward, waited just for the employee to ask again what I ordered, repeated it again, he shut the window and waited after 7 mins he still has not opened the window, decided to leave my daughter was heartbroken!

The worst Wendy’s! The person taking orders seemed new. I ordered 3 combos, but they charged me as if they were individual items. I didn’t realize it until I noticed the fries were missing. When I asked, they told me I hadn’t been charged for them and that there was nothing they could do. Honestly, I ordered mainly for the fries. I had 3 kids in the car waiting for their fries. The manager didn’t even know how to do a refund, change the order, or solve the problem. In the end, she said, “OK, I’ll give you the fries.” I waited over 5 minutes and then she basically tossed us just one small box of fries. It was a mess. Terrible service. Train your staff and properly train your managers.

Went through the drive-through barely could hear the kid repeated my order three times got up to the window repeated my order again cause I thought he didn’t hear me. Then he only gave me half my order that I had to pay for my second half cause he only charged me for some also asked for a swirl frosty Got vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup was too frustrated to even ask him to fix it cause he wasn’t listening at all need better employees or need someone to train them better

I buy the apple pecan salad at a Wendy’s near my work in downtown salt lake, so I thought I’d get one that’s near where I live. It’s half the size! Hardly any apples and hardly any chicken. I didn’t realize Wendy’s differ from place to place. Plus at the window I said all I want is the salad no combo but then I get asked again would I like the combo would I like a drink would I like fries! Omg I just wanted the salad. The sallad is good but for the same price as I pay at the other Wendy’s, I’ll continue at the one downtown.

Came here at 9pm. My order was very wrong and the food that we received not great. Gal taking my order seemed like she didn’t understand great. Chicken nuggets burnt, fries cold, son of baconator sandwich had 1 piece of bacon, brownie frosty was Oreo, no receipt. The best part was that they were fast. I think I waited 20 seconds for my food. Not the worst I’ve had at a Wendy’s, but definitely not great.

The drive through worker had a major problem with me for some reason. He seemed very annoyed that I was ordering food, cutting me off when I was talking and responding with the most attitude possible. When I got home I realized he left out a couple sauces/condiments I asked for at the window. Super disappointing experience
