Today 03/07/2025 around 12:15 PM our experience was so not good. They messed up the kids meal drink, forgot sauce, confused the sandwiches in our order, and forgot the dressing and add ons for our salad. Ordering was super difficult because the person taking our order seemed very confused? I’d just recommend going to the McDonalds honestly.

The food is fine - it’s Wendy’s. They seem irritated that I bothered them by coming in. I had to repeat my order a few times as I seemed to be interrupting the conversation they were having by the drive thru. I waited 10 minutes even though I was the only one at the store. Would have been faster and easier to go to a different Wendy’s.

The drive thru can be a little rough but that's just cause people are always rushed who work at fast food.
The lobby service here is literally better than some of the sit down restaurants I go to!!
It's always clean, workers are always nice and they often remember my order by heart!!

I asked the drive through attendant to confirm what was included in a kids meal. They were incredibly rude and treated me like an idiot for not knowing. I ordered a kids meal for my daughter. The attendant didn't include everything they had just detailed should be in the order.

The lady that runs the drive through is quite rude, it’s a consistent problem I experience. I stopped coming because ordering through the drive through is such a problematic experience. She gets frustrated if I don’t order quick enough or have the exact name of the item I want. I had coupons to use, she was very rude and scolded me that I need to tell them before I get to the window. I get asking someone nicely to let them know, but she was anything but nice. It’s just unpleasant. Maybe get someone who has a little better customer service to run the drive through? Instead of someone who seems to have nothing but disdain for customers.
