I don’t like writing bad reviews but I am very disappointed at this location. There is one man that was working at window and he called the person behind me bendajo after he ordered and he had a bad attitude and then I ordered a brownie batter frosty with extra brownie batter and they were very scarce with the brownie batter I shouldn’t have to pay for the extra stuff if I’m not going to get it! Terrible location failed me multiple times! They are also super slow I sat for a while at the drive thru.

This place has really gone down hill lately. going at midnights for my lunch break. Sometimes they are way to slow or give attitude. This time I went and it was teen girls or girls in there early 20s giving attitude cause I asked for some condiments. I honestly won't be back to this location for a very very long time.

Literally sat on the drive thru for 30 minutes before driving off. If you can't get through 5 cars, in 30 minutes at only 2pm, leave the industry for good. You're just wasting people's time for nothing.

I went around 9:47 and got Poor service disgusting food nothing I got was warm The buns on hamburgers were extremely dry the fries you might as well have cooked up around 5:00 and then served it because that's how disgusting they tasted for the price of the food the quality should have beeb a hell of alot better and the service as well especially if your the late night shift

Every single time I have gone to this Wendy's something has gotten messed up. One time I ordered classic nuggets and got spicy ones instead, I've been charged for fries I haven't received, I've been given a vanilla frosty when I ordered a chocolate one, and one time I was given the wrong frosty AND no spoon. Im a pretty tolerant and understanding person which is why I kept going back because the food is good, but today there was one person in front of me and when I pulled up to the speaker nobody took my order, so I waited about five minutes (long after the other car had left) and I circled the building again in case they didn't hear the machine go off and I sat for another five minutes before just going to the Taco Bell next door. I work nights and I have to leave my house an extra 15 minutes earlier than other fast food places just to STILL be late to work if there just happens to be another car in front of me. If a corporate employee is reading this, I do not blame the workers because I have been going to this Wendy's for several months now and its NEVER the same workers, its clearly a corporate problem. Please learn how to actually run your business effectively

Tried to grab a frosty and/or fries for my daughter after her gymnastics here. I literally waited more than 10 minutes for DRIVE-THROUGH more than once. I don't know if they're under-staffed or what, but an order like this doesn't take that long at a sit-down place.

If I owned this franchise, I'd test it a few times and start asking the staff some serious questions.

I was ordering, first meal in a few days, and I had a set amount I was gonna spend. I looked online before hand for the prices at this location, when I arrived they were very different, but that’s not what was wrong, I while I was ordering, I made two modifications, (changing meal size, removing an item), and the lady taking my order looked at me like I was an idiot, then proceeded to trash talk me in Spanish. This location is a dump, it’s very clean, but everything else is trash. Employees were all very rude except for one, and food looked like it was chucked at my tray.

I think I've been here before, with unremarkable experiences. This week, I ordered 2 of the new Frosty Fusions, one Oreo and one strawberry Pop Tart. Service was decently quick, but when they brought them out they were both Oreo. When I said I ordered one Oreo and one strawberry, the lady who had taken my order rolled her eyes. As if I had just changed my mind, like she didn't even consider the possibility that she could have gotten my order wrong. She took one away and returned with a vanilla Frosty with strawberry syrup (barely) mixed in. After I left, I realized it didn't have any of the Pop Tart mix-ins. Getting even a simple order wrong is somewhat understandable. Had she fixed it and not had an attitude, no problem. Getting it wrong twice and not giving me what I paid for is less understandable. Being rude to customers instead of admitting you made a mistake is inexcusable. It's a shame, the service was remarkably quick. I could've left with a positive experience, if not for the bad attitude of a customer-facing employee.

Stopped by here to grab a quick bite for breakfast on a Saturday morning. Used the drive-thru with a mobile order. Waited 20 minutes for our food (4 sandwiches and 4 potato wedges), and because we had to catch a train that we were now late for, we quickly left and about a block away we found out that even after taking 20 minutes to get the order together, we were shorted part of our order. Not a great impression and an inconvenience. Doubt we will stop at this location again after this.

I ordered a 10pc nugget meal.. get to the window to pay and had to order it again! Like I didnt order it in the drive thru...treated me like that was my fault.... they gave me only 7 nuggets for my meal and it was under cooked and fries was extremely old! I pulled back around after eating three nuggets and, letting them know they are under cooked. The Manager said look how many you have eaten already? I said im sorry mam I only received 7 nuggets in box when I wanted a 10 PC.. she called me gringo and kept giving me dirty looks.. I said yeah i am a gringo but I ordered a 10 pc.. she continued to scowl at me like it was my fault they did not get my order right... THEY ARE HORRIBLE WITH THE FOOD AND HORRIBLE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! Lol while I went to Taco Bell next door to them and was eating my food.. they had called the police on me and made up all sorts of allegations lol wow 👎👎 police said I did nothing wrong.. what a waist of police resources!

Don’t come here, they’ll just ignore you and focus on the window. We even made eye contact with someone and they just walked away. We left without ordering anything. We waited for about 10-15 minutes.

(June 2023) If you want slow food instead of fast food, come here at almost-empty and wait 10 minutes before placing your order.

update (Sep 2023): made the mistake of coming in again - brief: clean, but uncomfortable wood chairs; soda machine is supposed to have lots of options but lack almost all diet/no sugar/decaf option; no decaf coffee; server can be clueless for app orders (you need to ask to place the order, unlike the app-order-and-go other fast food chain

2025 update: still slow, empty lobby = 10min wait for mid burger. I wanna give it a last try and dave’s single disappoint me more than big mac. Fr i should not come again. You dont have native English speaking people

pro: music taste is okay if you don't frequent here; got to practice spanish; clean enough; light is ok; not a lot of people other than employees talking, so relatively quiet
