I had an issue with an order and they were willing to help me, take ownership apologize and offer a solution. I hope the owner or Corporate reads this and continues to prioritize making things right, customer service and standing behind their customer service. It really matters!

The wings can be pretty decent as long as they don't drown them in sauce. The staff has been friendly every time I've been in and I would return for more wings in the future.

So went to the Sandy wingstop Wednesday July 23rd 2025. Order 20 wings with flavors plain lemon pepper and honey BBQ and a side of fries with the lemon pepper seasoning. Well the plain were great and crispy the honey BBQ had some spice to it was good. But then ate the lemon pepper man oh man that lemon pepper was like a salt lick. barely tasted the lemon, had plenty of pepper and tons of salt I had to wash them off with water to get the intense salty flavor off to be able to eat...
